A New ChapterIt has been almost two years since Chipin4aFriend was created with the express purpose of helping Pat through her battle with Pancreatic Cancer. During that time, I have been blessed to watch and read and pray as God's hand has moved on her. It is with great joy that I tell you she has now been diagnosed as "cancer free" and that all the praise is rightfully due to our God who is both merciful and mighty. One of the most unique and gratifying aspects of this site has been Pat's blogs. It is a journal like no other. I have been a vicarious passenger on her journey through faith and the healing that has been more than physical. She has brought tears and laughter all seemingly in the same breath. It has been a tremendous encouragement to witness her stamina and belief that God would heal her and to watch her graciously pass that belief along to others who suffer. |
Ultimately, this has been a calling for Pat. She has moved on to her own ministry of healing and she will be taking up her call at her own website. Don't fret about missing out on the blogs, Pat assures me that she will be continuing this wonderful gift of storytelling at www.BehindTheSong.org. Book mark it and go see what wonderful things God is doing in her life. The story continues.
